Break Ins near the neighborhood

Just a heads up.   There have been 2 break ins on Charles street in the past week.   The crooks are targeting houses that are vacant for periods of time.   They have gotten in by prying open windows.  If you leave for an extended vacation I'd suggest putting some 1x2s in the tracks of your windows to keep them from opening.   

The last break in was at a friend of mines home and the cops are taking it very seriously.   There were 5 officers at the scene four of which were evidence techs.   Thankfully, they think they might already have a suspect.
