We will have a PPNA booth at the Downtown Farmers Market -- If you are interested in selling produce or homemade items contact me and let me know. As far as I know you are not allowed to sell baked goods unless they were prepared in a commercially licensed kitchen.

The Ypsilanti DDA Downtown Design Committee invites you to attend:
Sustainable Lighting Solutions for Local Governments
Tuesday, March 10, 2009, 7:30 to 9 p.m.
Riverside Arts Center Gallery, 76 N. Huron St., Lower Level
Stefan Graf, Design Director at Illuminart, will be presenting information for a local audience, including city staff, business owners, and the Ypsilanti Downtown Design Committee. Issues addressed during the presentation will include balancing energy efficient and affordable lighting with appealing, quality lighting, and retrofitting building lighting, all within the context of creating an overall lighting system that will work for the community. Presenters will pay special attention to Ypsilanti, offering local examples for discussion.

Each show will be based on one of the four categories; Emerging Designers, Community/Professional Designers, Recycled Clothing, and Wearable Art. Applications are due by March 20, 2009.
