Sidetrack closed 
River St closed from Photo to E Cross on both days 
through traffic detour River to Photo to Ninde to Cross 
Cross St closed “intermittently” for short intervals between Ninde and River on Wednesday 


No parking on E Cross between the clock and N River 
Sidetrack and Depot parking lots closed 
Frog Island parking lot to be used as a staging area for film crewa trucks and equipment, etc
