This is a great thing for Prospect Park and it will certainly fit in with some of the ideas we have about getting more people out to the park. What you do is fill out this complaint form and send it to the Police. The YPD will either issue a warning if you suggest or they will issue a ticket. For them to prosecute the ticket you must agree to show up in court if you need to. I'm willing to get with a group and sit on the corner of Prospect and Forest, or River and Forest and fill out forms -- and go to court. One thing the form does not say is what the ordinance is so we need to figure out the legal part. This was an isolated incident and the police have every assurance this guy has been removed from the City of Ypsilanti permanently. <br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Prospect Park Garden Day May 2nd</span> -- Don't forget the Garden Day and Potluck on May 2nd at Noon.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Flyers -- </span>I'll be passing around flyers next week with a lot of information.
