<html><head><style type='text/css'>p { margin: 0; }</style></head><body><div style='font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000'>Hello Neighbors,<br><br> We are 2 days away from the Luna Lake HoeDown 2009. 9-5pm THIS SATURDAY<br><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"> YOU DON'T HAVE TO STAY THE WHOLE DAY -- ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT</span><br><br> I'm expecting all of you to show up so the work load won't be that much at all.<br><br> Here is what we are working on and still need.<br><br> Volunteers -- As many folks as can possible come and work. <br><br> Musicians for the after party -- acoustic only since there is no power<br><br> Talents to entertain us -- if you are a fire eater or whatever we'll be tired and ready to be entertained.<br><br> Food -- bring stuff to share at the HoeDown after party<br><br> Utensils -- Knives, Forks, Plates, Napkins -- that type of stuff<br><br> Games -- Ladder Ball, Corn Hole, Badminton, A Kickball, Twister, whatever you think will be fun.<br><br style="font-weight: bold;"><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"> If you don't feel like you can do the heavy lifting there are plenty of other projects we need help doing.</span><br><br> A Cook -- Someone to prepare some hearty goodies. We'll use a grill for the heat. I'm thinking a big pan of scrabbled eggs, Bacon, Toast. All you need to do is cook. Sorry vegetarians, you can provide your own.<br><br> A DJ -- If you want to pick the tunes to play and play them that would be grand.<br><br> Miscellaneous Help -- There are always projects to be done, I don't know if we are going to label things or whatever.<br><br>______________________________________________________________________________<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">If you can't make it but can stop by and donate things here are some ideas -</span><br><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Finger Foods</span> -- stuff the workers can munch on during short breaks, Doughnuts in the morning, finger sandwiches in the afternoon that type of food.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Drinks </span>-- Coffee, water, etc... <br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Tools</span> -- Put your name on them and we'll get them back to you.
