Please come out to the Luna Lake Garden at 10am tomorrow with shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows. This should not be an extremely hard day. Hopefully, there will be enough people to get the job done in a couple of hours.

Friday and Saturday -- Michigan Beer Fest at Riverside Park. The cost seems a bit high at $30 (advance) $35 at the gate but the Beer Fest is a fantastically fun time. You'll have the chance to taste a lot of beers that you had never had before. With your entrance fee you get 12 sampler tokens and if you play your cards right 12 is enough. We have a pretty big group heading down to Beer Fest from the PPNA - If you want to get together with neighbors just drop me a line.

Speaking of Beer -- when I was wandering through Depot Town I noticed that "Celebrations" (what was Cadys) was open. They are having brewery sampler nights through Saturday. Last night they featured Frog Island and Sherwood beers. Tonight it is New Holland that they are featuring. I also noticed they are having another Beer and Food night coming up in August. If I read the sign right it will be all you can eat buffet, 3 pints and a sampler platter for $30.00.

Don't forget that there is the Crossroads Music Festival tonight on Washington Street -- Crossroads has good live music, it is Free, there are great patios to sit on, It is family friendly, and now they have added some artist booths.

Continue reading for more Ypsi Events,

See you this weekend
Kurt Anschuetz
prospectparkneighborhood@comcast.net

----- Forwarded Message -----
From: "ddcutlip" <ddcutlip@yahoo.com>
To: "[Ypsilanti City List]" <ypsicitylist@listserver.itd.umich.edu>
Sent: Friday, July 24, 2009 1:04:18 AM GMT -05:00 US/Canada Eastern
Subject: [ypsicitylist] This Weekend Downtown and Around Town Ypsilanti

Friday July 24, 2009
Crossroads Music Festival and Artists Market 7-10 pm.
