the Board Members are now publicly saying that they believe that school
closure is not a viable long-term solution to the budget crisis, so it
seems clear that the public outcry is having an effect. No matter what
your position on the closings, it's great to see so many people getting
engaged in the issue. You can read more about last night's School
Board Meeting at: <span class="Object" id="OBJ_PREFIX_DWT343"><a href="http://www.annarbor.com/news/ypsilanti-parents-express-strong-opposition-to-proposed-school-closures/" target="_blank">http://www.annarbor.com/news/ypsilanti-parents-express-strong-opposition-to-proposed-school-closures/</a></span>.<br>
