I have complained about this issue in the past but this time I used the new resource www.seeclickfix.com. SeeClickFix worked wonderfully. Within an hour I received an email from AnnArbor.com telling me anyone could opt-out of the delivery. My response was that it should be an opt-in program not an opt-out.
