The signal is broadcast from Washington St. Downtown. Its basically run with play-lists now but I'll keep you informed when local DJs and local content will be aired. crafts activities. At least once a week the campers will get an
opportunity to board the Ypsilanti Public Library Book Navigator and on
Friday's lunch will be supplied by Food Gatherers. Campers attending a
session
of camp at Recreation Park will have the opportunity to swim at
least once a week.</span></font></p></div>

time of registration. Through the generous contributions of our donors,

sliding fee scale. Participants wishing to take advantage of our
scholarship
program should check a box on the registration form indicating what they
are
able to pay towards the cost of camp. </span></font></p></div>

<div>Did you know that the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV)
receives thousands of lost, stray, abandoned, abused and
owner-surrendered animals each month? No animal is ever turned away. <br><br>In
2009 alone, HSHV:</div>
<ul><li>Found loving homes for 3,642 dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and other
companion animals.</li><li>Reunited 768 lost pets with their families.</li><li>Performed 5,874 low/cost spay & neuters.</li><li>Helped over 750 cats and kittens through our Trap, Neuter and Return
Program.</li><li>Placed 1,641 animals in temporary foster homes while awaiting
adoption.</li><li>Investigated over 500 cases of animal cruelty, giving protection to
the beaten, hungry, and hurt.</li><li>Responded to 1,153 calls to help injured and sick animals through
our 24-hour animal rescue services.</li><li>Provided 26,874 pounds of food through our Bountiful Bowls program.</li><li>Improved their save rate from 50% (a national average) to the
current rate of 80%.</li></ul>
<div>HSHV is a private nonprofit organization. It is not affiliated with
any other humane society, local or national. HSHV relies on the
generosity of individuals and businesses to fund all of our programs.<br><br>Below are two teams that I know are participating in our neighborhood. It's Easy to donate and any amount helps.
